Welcome to FrenchCercle! By enrolling in our classes or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
General Policies
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive or who causes any kind of safety concern to our students or staff.
Teacher Assignment: We reserve the right to change the assigned teacher for a class at any time.
Private Classes - Payment
Full Payment Required: Private classes must be paid in full before the scheduled lesson time.
Package Validity: Private lesson packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Private Classes - Scheduling & Cancellation
Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice:
Please notify your teacher at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. We will do our best to accommodate changes, though availability cannot always be guaranteed.
Late Cancellation Fee:
If a class is canceled less than 24 hours in advance or if there is a no-show, the full class will be charged.
Refund Policy:
Private lessons are non-refundable, but if you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, we'll do our best to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
Punctuality:
Punctuality is important. If you are late for class, we may need to reduce your lesson time accordingly. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we do not hear from you, we reserve the right to cancel the lesson and you will not receive a refund.
Dual Student Lessons:
If two students wish to take private lessons together, the total rate applied will be 1.5 times the normal rate.
Privacy Policy
Your Privacy Matters:
FrenchCercle respects your right to privacy and is committed to protecting it. We will not provide personal information to third parties or individuals without your permission.
Information Collection:
Some areas of our site may require registration. We may ask you for your name, email address, phone number, and other important information.
Phone Number Usage:
Phone numbers are collected when booking a lesson and may be used to inform students of any last-minute changes (cancellation and/or rescheduling).
Updates to Terms & Conditions
FrenchCercle reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
